Hydronix 4.5" x 9.75" Carbon Block 1 Micron Filter
The Hydronix CB-45-1001 replacement filter cartridges are a 1 micron nominal carbon block that will reduce cysts such as Cryptosporidium and Giardia by mechanical means. The CB-45-1001 filter cartridge is a high capacity carbon media which is highly effective at reducing unwanted tastes and odors and chlorine from potable drinking water. These filters are protected by a polyolefin bilaminate pre-filter that is designed to extend the life of the filter by trapping sediment that typically plugs carbon block filters. The CB-45-1001 filters are an ideal choice for a wide variety of residential, commercial, food service, and industrial applications.

I just imstalled 1 a week ago. I will let you know they work out, in baout 2 weeks. So far they seem to be working nfine.
