Klear 9-7/8"x 2-1/2" 5 Micron Grooved Melt Blown Polypropylene Sediment Filter is a Graded Density, Multi-Layered, Melt Blown Sediment Filter Cartridge. Larger particles are trapped in the outer layers, smaller particles penetrate deeper. Superior dirt holding ability and longer life than non-layered cartridges. This filter has thermally bonded polypropylene micro fibers for purity and chemical compatibility, and contains no binders, agents, solvents, antistatic materials or wetting agents. Grooved cartridges have increased surface area for longer life and better performance.
