Dual-Cartridge Performance
The QTI1+CR utilizes two specialized Qwik-Twist cartridges to deliver multi-stage filtration:
- Chloramine & Chlorine Reduction: Engineered to reduce chloramine for up to 6,000 gallons (at 0.5 gpm) and chlorine for up to 20,000 gallons (at 2.5 gpm).
- Sub-Micron Filtration: Effectively reduces sediment and particulate matter larger than 0.5 microns, protecting sensitive equipment valves and orifices.
- Integrated Scale Inhibition: Features a dedicated scale inhibitor to prevent calcium and magnesium from forming hard scale buildup—essential for ice machines, coffee brewers, and steamers.
- Qwik-Twist Design: The modular manifold allows for sanitary, tool-free cartridge change-outs in seconds, minimizing maintenance downtime.
