Southbend 1190864 Scale Control Cartridge with Citryne
The SM1CSB Scale Control Cartridge Part# 1190864 uses a proprietary water treatment formulation called Citryne to control scale problems in steam cookers. The Scale Master Filter System 1 introduces Citryne at a constant and consistent rate to maximize scale elimination. Citryne is a food grade, biodegradable formulation that eliminates scale buildup. With its FDA approved ingredients, Citryne can be used on equipment without having to stop water flow. The Citryne formulation not only removes existing scale buildup, but will eliminate future potential scale buildup.
